I originally became aware of Initial Interiors while they where carrying out a complete refurbishment of our new office space in the city of London on behalf of the landlord, I have found them easy to work with, and very client focused. Since then they have carried out extra works on our behalf, in a fast clean and efficient manner causing minimal disruption to our working environment and we will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Initial Interiors have been one of our approved fit out contractors for more than 10 years, but it was during the Covid Pandemic that I began to work closely with them . Off all the contrarctors we used Tim and his team where best able to cope with the unique issues thrown up at this time, being able to cope with whatever we demanded of them  and have now become our first call for office fit outs.

He constructed new internal partition walls, fitted our kitchen and completed the tricky job of making good our ceiling following the installation of 7 velux rooflights.

Tim did a fantastic job and was great to work with. His accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility all made the experience a good one and Tim was a pleasure to work with.

We came across initial interiors as they were installing a new ceiling for the landlord of our new premises in Worship St EC2, as they came recommended by our landlord. We asked them to quote for the construction of our new glazed boardroom, building a reception area and installing a media wall in the boardroom. Coming in very competitively we awarded the contract to Initial Interiors.

We found them very professional and easy to work with. We where very specific with the design requiring features to match our office in Dubai,being in the construction industry ourselves we are well aware of the standards and finishes that are achievable and where not disappointed.

Moving into a new unit with our existing landlord, we were introduced to initial interiors by our landlord as a trusted and reliable contractor. We needed an acoustic ceiling installed along with some glazed office partitions. Tim our contact at initial interiors conducted a thorough consultation with us, discussing our options and requirements, helping us to save money by filtering out unnecessary details and delivering a great product on a small budget.

When looking to refurbish our office I came across Initial Interiors via a Google search. Upon meeting with Tim he came across as very knowledgeable, trustworthy and sincere in his approach. The way Tim operates is very professional, fair, reliable and he goes over and above of what is expected in terms of his service. If there is ever a problem Tim will strive to put it right as soon as possible.

We are very pleased with our office refurbishment including the level of detail, care, communication, price and honesty in Tim’s approach. Since our initial refurbishment Tim has been a life saver and carried out several other urgent jobs in the office. This included replacement glass office doors that shattered that Tim came out to clear up and get quotes for to replace over the weekend when this incident happened.

Requiring a complete office refurbishment of both floors of our head office in Enfield, London we approached Initial Interiors to tender for works including reconfiguration of our office partitions

The works included installing a new kitchen with breakout area, refurbishing our washrooms , installing a further 2 washrooms as well as completely redecorating both office floors. From the initial consultation Tim our contact was a breath of fresh air, advising us of our options with nothing being too much trouble. Most of the work was carried out over the weekends, with very little disruption in the day to day running of the office.

Since the first project we have used initial interiors again to carry out further work and will continue using them when required.
