Old Street London Office Refurbishment

Initial interiors have recently completed the refit of Enhanced Music new offices in 20 Old St Clerkenwell London, located within walking distance of silicon roundabout and the vibrant area of Shoreditch

Although a relatively small space the fit out received the same attention to detail we give to all our projects working with the client to help them realise their expectations and make the most of their new space

New Office Flooring and Floorboards Replaced

The original flooring was shambolic when we took over the work with the floorboards having been cut and lifted in places to facilitate the replacement of the original radiators and fitting of new floor mounted air conditioner units with heating facility. The floorboards where replaced, the original vinyl flooring was removed and oak engineered flooring was fitted throughout.

In keeping with the design-conscious area Clerkenwell Crittal style banded glass partitions were fitted to create two meeting rooms giving an industrial look to the offices in keeping with the area of Clerkenwell known as the location for many of the leading brands in commercial design as well as being the location of the Clerkenwell Design Week

All the walls and ceilings where redecorated, with feature walls, painted the clients cooperate colours

All the WCs were refurbished and although the original layout was maintained, new vanity units and sinks were fitted along with a new tiled splashback, vinyl flooring, new suspended ceilings, and improved LED lighting

New Kitchen Break Out Room with Oak Panels

The existing kitchen had been stripped out requiring a  new kitchen from the howdens Clerkenwell range with a high gloss finish, integrated door handles, an integrated dishwasher, under unit lighting, new vinyl flooring, and a new tiled splashback.

Nature wall Acoustic Natural Oak panels were fitted to the wall of the new boardroom to improve the acoustics as well as providing a feature wall

An oak timber slat screen was built next to the kitchen to section off part of the space and create a breakout area for employees to eat their lunch or just enjoy a cup of coffee together away from their desk.
